My name is Jennifer Zimbardo, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) passionate about helping adults and adolescents navigate life's challenges. I hold a certification in Perinatal Mental Health, providing specialized support for individuals facing difficulties related to pregnancy, postpartum (including postpartum depression and anxiety), and parenthood.

My practice focuses on providing a safe, therapeutic space for clients to process their experiences, offer guidance and hope, and equip them with tools to navigate life's challenges. Whether you're facing challenges with everyday stressors or navigating the unique challenges of becoming a new parent, you will be met with unwavering empathy and support. Together, we will work to set tangible goals to address any social or emotional challenges you are experiencing.
